Hispamoldes Tánger began its activity in 2012 with the opening of a mould factory in the Tangier Free Zone, Morocco. It covers an area of 4,400 m2 distributed in two plants, which are equipped with 20 injection presses with closing pressures of 28 to 1,000 tonnes.

We have an engineering department dedicated to the modification, adaptation, repair and tuning of injection moulds. It is equipped with technological tools for machining, electro-discharge, adjustment and welding.
Our plants have centralised, automated installations, suitable for the treatment and transport of raw material. In addition, we have a mould workshop to perform repairs, modifications and tuning of injection moulds.
We incorporate our own automation and assembly developments into our industrial processes, as well as our experience and high qualifications, enabling us to deliver final products that are not only injected parts but also parts with a range of finishes:

We specialise in the design and manufacture of all types of injection moulds (standard, rotary, dual-material, injection on fabric, sandwich, etc.), small- and medium-sized and with complex designs, providing our experience and tailor-made solutions.
